1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We proudly offer FREE nationwide shipping across the Philippines.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your package through the courier’s official tracking website.
4. Change of Delivery Address
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once the order is in transit, we cannot modify the shipping address.

You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package arrives damaged:
Refuse delivery (if possible) and notify the courier immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected], including clear photos of the damage.
Lost packages:
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, please reach out to us for assistance.
