30-Day Happiness Promise

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including all tags, manuals, and accessories).

  • Clearance items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for our confirmation. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Full Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Partial Refunds: If an item is opened, used, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund (up to 50%).

  • Replacements: If you’d prefer a replacement, we’ll process it once your return has been approved.

Please do not abuse the chargeback function. If a chargeback is filed, the order amount will be frozen by the bank system for up to 120 days while the case is reviewed.

Quality Issues – We’ve Got You!

If you discover a manufacturing defect, missing part, or other quality issue within 6 months of purchase, please email us. We’ll gladly offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
(Note: Full refunds are not available for quality issues after 30 days.)

Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Quality Issues: We cover the return shipping costs and will provide a full refund or replacement after verification.

  • Non-Quality Issues (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color): The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
